Pros
Very stable and consistent work. Tsebo group HR infrastructure is properly organised. Shift structure suits family life. Benefits are maintained consistently.
Cons
Canteen cooking is repetitive. Volume cooking for hundreds of workers is not creative. Site locations can be remote.
