The Radisson RED Johannesburg Rosebank is looking for a Head Bartender to lead our vibrant lobby bar and rooftop pool bar.\n\nRadisson RED is a lifestyle hotel brand, louder, bolder, more creative than a traditional hotel bar. We need a bartender who can match that energy.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Lead a team of 3 bartenders\n• Develop seasonal cocktail menu in collaboration with F&B Manager\n• Manage bar stock, orders, and cost control\n• Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards\n• Host regular cocktail workshops for hotel guests\n\nRequirements:\n• Minimum 3 years bartending including 1 year in a supervisory role\n• Formal mixology training or international bartending certificate advantageous\n• Strong knowledge of South African craft spirits and wine\n• Excellent people management skills\n\nPackage includes medical aid, performance bonus, and free accommodation when working late shift.
