Azure Restaurant at The Twelve Apostles Hotel in Camps Bay is seeking a Front-of-House Host to manage guest arrivals and set the tone for our dining experience.\n\nThe Twelve Apostles is a Leading Hotels of the World property with stunning Twelve Apostles mountain views. Azure is one of Cape Town's most scenic and awarded restaurants.\n\nThe role:\n• Welcome and seat arriving guests with warmth and precision\n• Manage the reservation system (Dineplan or ResDiary)\n• Coordinate with floor manager on table flow and waiting times\n• Handle phone and OTA reservation enquiries\n• Upsell experiences: private dining, sundowner packages, birthday set-ups\n\nRequirements:\n• Excellent presentation, this is a very visible front-of-house role\n• Previous hosting or front-of-house experience in a premium restaurant\n• Warm, confident personality\n• Afternoon and evening availability (primarily 3pm–11pm shifts)
