Sandton Sun, one of Sun International's flagship urban hotels, is recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our rooms division team of 25. Sandton Sun has 335 rooms and suites and hosts major corporate conferences throughout the year. Maintaining impeccable standards under this volume is a real operational challenge, and we need a supervisor who can meet it. Key responsibilities: • Daily supervision of room attendants and public area cleaners • Room inspections to Sun International quality standards • Linen inventory management and ordering • Staff scheduling and shift allocation • Liaison with front desk on check-in/check-out room readiness Requirements: • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping • Knowledge of Opera PMS advantageous • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
