Pros: The energy on a Friday night at The Pot Luck Club is unlike anywhere else in Cape Town. Tips from the international crowd are excellent. The views over the city are extraordinary. Being part of Luke Dale-Roberts' group carries real industry credibility.
Cons: The noise level on a full Saturday night makes communication very difficult. Very busy service periods allow no downtime.

Pros: Small plates format means extraordinary variety every service. Creative freedom within a world-class framework. The Test Kitchen alumni network means the kitchen team is genuinely elite.
Cons: Very fast-paced, tapas volume is relentless during a full service. Late finish on weekends.
