Seasonal Bartender – Wine Estate Events

Waterkloof Wine Estate in Somerset West is hiring a seasonal bartender for our busy summer wedding and events season (November–April). Waterkloof hosts approximately 3 weddings per weekend during peak season. Our biodynamic wine estate is a sought-after venue and we need a bartender who can represent the brand with pride. You'll be: • Bar service at weddings, wine tastings, and corporate events • Working our estate wine bar and restaurant on non-event days • Assisting with wine service and wine-pairing discussions • Bar setup and breakdown for outdoor events Requirements: • Previous bar experience • Basic wine knowledge (training provided on Waterkloof wines) • Own transport to Somerset West • Available for weekend events, this role is primarily weekends • Smart, presentable, reliable Live-in option available on the estate during the contract period.
