Faber Restaurant at Avondale Wine Farm is a celebrated fine-dining destination in the Franschhoek Valley. We're looking for a service-focused waiter who loves wine and wants to grow their knowledge in one of SA's most beautiful settings. Faber has been awarded the Eat Out Restaurant of the Year and our team is passionate about sharing that excellence with every guest. You will: • Deliver table service for 40-cover sittings • Present and serve from a 200-label South African wine list • Host weekend wine-pairing lunches • Assist the sommelier with cellar and decanting duties Requirements: • Minimum 2 years restaurant experience • Wine Interest Certificate or WSET Level 1 advantageous • Own transport (Franschhoek location) • Full availability including Saturdays and Sundays
