Gorgeous George boutique hotel in De Waterkant is hiring a waiter for our popular Rooftop Bar and Hugo's Restaurant on the first floor. Our venues attract a creative, international crowd and our team reflects that energy, stylish, attentive, and genuinely interested in people. The role: • Cocktail and wine service on the rooftop • Food and beverage service in the restaurant • Evening and weekend shifts primarily • Participating in monthly training sessions with our mixologist Ideal candidate: • 1+ years in a bar or restaurant environment • Confident communicator • Comfortable with cash-up and point-of-sale systems • Cape Town ID or residence preferred Tips on our rooftop are exceptional during summer season.
