Cause & Effect Cocktail Kitchen on Bree Street is Cape Town's most awarded cocktail destination. We're looking for a creative, technically skilled bartender to join our team. Our menu is built around locally sourced ingredients, house-made infusions, and cocktails designed to tell stories about South Africa. This is not a pour-and-serve job, it's a craft. What you'll be doing: • Behind-the-bar service and cocktail production during service • Assisting the head bartender with menu R&D and seasonal specials • Educating guests on our cocktail philosophy • Bar prep, infusion production, and stock management Requirements: • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a cocktail bar • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits • RASA (Responsible Alcohol Service SA) certificate preferred • Available Tuesday–Sunday evenings Our team competes nationally and internationally, if you have ambition, this is the place.
