We're looking for a creative, technically skilled bartender to join our team.\n\nOur menu is built around locally sourced ingredients, house-made infusions, and cocktails designed to tell stories about South Africa. This is not a pour-and-serve job, it's a craft.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n• Behind-the-bar service and cocktail production during service\n• Assisting the head bartender with menu R&D and seasonal specials\n• Educating guests on our cocktail philosophy\n• Bar prep, infusion production, and stock management\n\nRequirements:\n• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a cocktail bar\n• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits\n• RASA (Responsible Alcohol Service SA) certificate preferred\n• Available Tuesday–Sunday evenings\n\nOur team competes nationally and internationally, if you have ambition, this is the place.
