Protea Hotel by Marriott Menlyn in Pretoria is looking for a Breakfast Chef to manage our morning kitchen service, producing breakfast for up to 150 covers daily. This is a morning role: 5am–2pm, Monday to Sunday on a 5-day rotation. If you're a morning person who likes to finish early, this is ideal.
